Itinerary
DAY 1
- Pick up in Surabaya area (airport, hotel, or station) with flexible time according to your arrival or request.
- Travel to hotel in Bromo area (Cemoro Lawang) approximately 3 hours, with option to stop for lunch or dinner.
- Arrive at hotel, check-in, and rest.
DAY 2
- 2.30 AM: Depart by Jeep to sunrise location (Penanjakan/Bukit Prau/Bukit Kingkong) approximately 1 hour drive.
- 3.30 AM: Enjoy coffee break while waiting for sunrise.
- 4.30 AM: Walk approximately 5 minutes to sunrise spot, then watch sunrise and Bromo panorama.
- 6.00 AM: Return to Jeep, cross the sea of sand, and take pictures with Jeep.
- 7.00 AM: Trekking to Bromo crater for approximately 2 hours (horse rental available) and climb 250 steps.
- 9.00 AM: Return to hotel, breakfast.
- 11.00 AM: Check-out, travel to the hotel in the Ijen area (Bondowoso) for about 4 hours, with a chance to stop for lunch.
- 4.00 PM: Arrive at the hotel, check-in, and rest.
DAY 3
- 0.01 AM: Check-out, then drive to Paltuding (Ijen parking lot) for about 2 hours.
- 2.00 AM: Preparation, meet the local guide, then trek to the blue fire location for ±2 hours.
- 5.00 AM: Climb to the top to enjoy the sunrise and the panorama of the green lake.
- 6.00 AM: Return down to the parking area.
